Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Visa Bulletin App ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Visa Bulletin App is a mobile application that provides (1) Visa Bulletin monitoring: it tracks the U.S. Department of State's Visa Bulletin and can notify you when updates are detected, to help you stay informed about visa priority date changes; and (2) optional USCIS case tracking: you may add U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services ("USCIS") receipt numbers to view case status information, store optional labels and notes locally, refresh status from USCIS, and—where available—receive notifications about case status changes. Some case-related capabilities may require an active in-app subscription or be subject to limits described in the App. When you choose to sync case data, our servers may process USCIS receipt numbers and related case status information you submit in order to deliver notifications and operate the service (including collaborative status checks among users).

⚠️ This App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, or any other government agency.

Disclaimer of Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and timely information:

Always refer to the official U.S. Department of State website for authoritative visa bulletin information: travel.state.gov.

For authoritative USCIS case status, use USCIS's official online tools (for example egov.uscis.gov) or other official channels.

No Legal Advice

The information provided by this App does not constitute legal advice. The App is not a law firm and does not provide legal services. If you require legal advice regarding immigration matters, consult a qualified immigration attorney or other licensed professional.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Certain features (including some case-related capabilities) may require an in-app subscription or purchase processed through Apple. Payments, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are subject to your Apple ID account settings and Apple's applicable terms. Fees and product descriptions are shown at the time of purchase. We may change, limit, or discontinue subscription benefits or pricing with notice as permitted by law and these Terms.

User Responsibilities

As a user of this App, you agree to:

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer of Visa Bulletin App and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Visa bulletin data is sourced from publicly available U.S. Department of State publications. Case status information is derived from USCIS sources and interfaces made available for public case inquiries, as presented in the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

⚠️ Do not make immigration decisions based solely on information from this App. Always consult official sources and qualified legal professionals.

Service Availability

We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the App or any feature. The App may be unavailable or inaccurate at times due to maintenance, third-party services, or other causes.

We reserve the right to:

We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

Push Notifications

By enabling push notifications, you consent to receive alerts about Visa Bulletin updates and, where you enable case-related notifications, USCIS case status changes as processed through our services. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings or in-app controls where available.

We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered notifications due to network conditions, device settings, or other factors beyond our control.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require application of another jurisdiction's laws.

Dispute Resolution

Please read this section carefully; it affects your legal rights.

Informal resolution. Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us through the support channels described in the App or on our website.

Binding arbitration. If a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App cannot be resolved informally, except where prohibited by applicable law, you and the developer agree that the dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. The arbitration will be conducted in English, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class action waiver. You and the developer agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. If a court or arbitrator holds this waiver unenforceable with respect to a particular claim, then that claim (and only that claim) must proceed in court and the remainder proceeds in arbitration.

Small claims. Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if the dispute qualifies.

Some jurisdictions do not allow arbitration or class action waivers for certain disputes; in those cases, this section may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
