How does the app track visa bulletin updates?
Our servers automatically monitor the U.S. Department of State website 24/7. As soon as a new Visa Bulletin is published, we process the data and send push notifications to your device.
Why am I not receiving notifications?
Please ensure that notifications are enabled in both the app settings and your iPhone's system settings. If you still encounter issues, try toggling the notification switch off and on again within the app.
How can I change my priority date or category?
You can update your visa category and chargeability area in the "Settings" tab. The app will automatically highlight the relevant dates for your selection in the main bulletin view.
